Our HCOS Vendors for 2009/10

These are our approved vendors for the 2009/10 school year. We are working on expanding this list of vendors, curriculum suppliers and educational services providers all the time. If you have a particular vendor you would like to see included have them contact our school office via email at: info@onlineschool.ca. Interested vendors can also complete and send in our vendor agreement.

Our Curriculum Consultant, Sara Bennett, has pulled together for HCOS parents, a list of Curriculum choices to help with the difficult decision of choosing curriculum for their children. While not carved in stone, this list is a starting point in pointing your children in the right educational direction.

You will need an HCOS Purchase Order number (PO) to order or buy directly from these vendors. Your number will be issued after your enrollment for the 2009/10 school year is accepted, and all required documentation has been received. Please note that government regulations prohibit us from reimbursing parents for school curriculum, so the PO system is a way for families to obtain the educational material they need.

These vendors, and many that are not on the list, will accept our Purchase Order Number (PO)...you just contact them, order your curriculum, and then give them the PO number.

Please note that spending for 2009/10 is restricted to 1/2 of the curriculum budget, (before Oct 1st) and can be spent on curriculum only (not lessons). The other 1/2 will be made available after October 1st, when lessons can be included (Lessons will be paid only to January, then teacher must re-invoice HCOS from Feb to June)

All purchasing must be completed before May 15th, 2010 for 2009/10 PO Numbers.

Remember, even if your favorite is not on this list, the chances are that we can get it for you! Let us help you!!
