HCOS 2012/13 PO Numbers have now EXPIRED

All 2012/13 HCOS PO Numbers have now EXPIRED. While we will honour invoices received by us dated May 15, 2013 and earlier, HCOS will NOT pay for invoices dated after May 15, 2013. You are now requited to use your 2013/14 PO (purchase order) numbers.

HCOS Internet Reimbursement Now Available!

For those families wanting to apply for the 2012/13 internet reimbursement, that form is available here. Please note that the DEADLINE for submitting the form is June 3rd, 2013.

HCOS Re-Enrolments Now Open - 2013/14 PO Numbers Issued.

We are happy to announce that re-enrolments for HCOS students for the 2013/14 school year are NOW OPEN! We know many of you plan your year well in advance...and so you may now re-enroll your students, as well as add siblings that are new to HCOS. We are posting some instructions, found here, that can help in the process...and if you are still confused, feel free to contact the office at 250-862-2376 for assistance in the process. As always, PO numbers for the 2013/14 school year have been issued, with one-half of the curriculum budget available until October 1st. The second half of the curriculum budget is released on October 1st. Lessons WILL NOT be paid for until AFTER October 1st. You have until May 15, 2014 to use your curriculum budget associated with the 2013/14 PO Number.
